In lesson one learn how to create a fabric run of 8 graduated colors from light to dark - Jennifer will show you her tips and techniques on how she auditions fabrics until the right ones are found. Once the fabrics have been chosen Jennifer will step you through how to accurately cut the fabric into the pieces required to make this block of simple squares and rectangles.

Finally in lesson four a border - pieced or single fabric will be added to the quilt top. Detailed instructions are given on how to create the borders and add to the quilt so that the final quilt with borders remains square - Jennifer will reveal a few tips and tricks for this.
