Today I decided to go back to the pantry to find a design to quilt. I wasn't having much luck, especially when a can of tomatoes fell on my finger - ouch! That ones going to be black in the morning.

Border For Last week's quilt

Last Monday I put together my Card Trick and Grecian Squares, but could not decide on a border. I decided on the one with the dots, third from the left in last weeks photo. I was going to use the squares (4th from the left) but found I didn't quite have enough of that, so the dots it was.

I love making this easy mouthwatering dessert on special occasions. It is easy to make and can be prepared well in advance. You do need space in your fridge though.

Friday Flower Livingstone Daisy

As a young girl I have always admired the Livingstone Daisy. I am not sure if it is the bright colors I love or the icy look it portrays, I just find it delightful. Livingstone Daisies only open in the sunlight so it was a good thing I designed this block on a sunny day.
