Help me decide

I spent the day with my friend Sue sewing. We decided to have time out and make a tote each. Here is mine finished bar the buttons.

This is a pattern by Whistlepig Creek Productions.

I didn't have buttons so stopped on the way home to buy some but ended up buying beads instead that were just perfect. Now I need to come to a decision on how I should put them on and hope you can help me decide. Here are a few ideas below, maybe you have others you can suggest.
